UCLA Mock Trial had one of its best-ever invitational seasons during Fall and Winter of 2011-2012. Let's go over some of our accomplishments:
- We were able to field 40 members, expanding our roster to include five competitive teams.
- We debuted the very firstRed Carpet Invitational Classic--a unique tournament with three judges per trial, a groundbreaking four-round challenge format, and a plethora of top-ranked teams in attendance.
- We also put on yet another successfulUCLAssictournament, providing a competitive venue for 34 teams from across the nation.

UCLA Mock Trial received another nod this week with a front-page feature in the university's newspaper, the Daily Bruin. The article was positive and managed to capture both the dedication of 964 and the excitement that success has brought to the program as a whole. Most importantly, the piece emphasizes the two qualities that make UCLA Mock Trial so strong: an unparalleled depth of talent and a deep sense of program unity. We should celebrate these strengths and bring them to our future endeavors.
